Marantz SR6010 DC

This is the Marantz SR6010DC Stereophonic Receiver from 1981.

The SR 6010 DC was actually an updated version of the SR 6000 DC, which came out in 1979, they look very identical.
It came out in the transition from Marantz brand to Philips so it is not clear who made it… 1979 would indicate Marantz but it doesn’t resemble the Marantz internally… it is a mystery…

Powerfull, 2 x 80 Watts into 8 Ohms. Gyro-touch tuning. Phono, tape and auxiliary inputs and connectors for two pairs of speakers.

The sound reproduction of this receiver is good when you consider the price, clean deep bass, expressive midrange and highs. You will not be disappointed with the audio capabilities, power and control a plenty with energy, snappy timing and a slightly warm and smooth feel…
